About the author

FLIRTING WITH DISASTER is her first published novel. She has written profiles of David Neeleman (founder of Jet Blue), Jay Feinberg (founder of A Gift of Life), diplomats and playwrights for Florida magazines. Her short story, MY FIRST BOYFRIEND won a prize and led to the novel FLIRTING WITH DISASTER; the story of a Florida widow who gets involved with an old boyfriend, turned gambler, an exiled politico who returns to his Caribbean country, and a retired senator on a presidential mission as their lives cross in the chaos of earthquake ravaged Haiti.

Her love for Mickey and Henri is put to the test amongst political upheaval and the rush to rebuild Haiti. Along comes Lance Carter who sweeps Gloria off her feet yet again. Amid the earthquake disaster and political upheaval the author has penned a love story that will make the readers head spin and get out the score card. I loved the suspense and the story line and I would recommend it to any romance readers. Five star read for sure!
