Very nice book. One of those books which you can read anytime to refresh your knowledge on project and program management. Till chapter nine the author deals with the basic project management knowledge areas like schedule management, risk management etc.. I feel The most important part of the book is the content from chapter nine onward where the author has dealt with the leadership topic. In case you get your hand on this book and are well versed with project management, I would suggest to read chapter nine on wards which gives some of the best materials on leadership. The book is well structured and can serve as a very concise guide for project manager. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in project management topic
