My doctor had these in the office for his migraine patients. Nicely organized and well-written booklet explaining the anatomy of migraine, how to manage them, how to work with your doctor and how to put together your own Migraine Toolbox. Lots of other good resources too. A good guide for the newly-diagnosed patient, their loved ones and anyone who wants to understand the disease better.

Though I consider myself fairly well-versed in all things migraine, this book offered new insights on the condition. It contains lots of useful information and is written in a clear, concise and engaging manner. Recommended to anyone wanting to know more about migraines and migraineurs.

Vague, patronizing, unhelpful. Read the Migraine Brain by Carolyn Bernstein. Much better. I only finished this because my neurologist wanted me to read it.
