Cute little book... started off with some thoughts that were very applicable to my life and many lives but deviated through the book to things that weren't quite so applicable and didn't grab my attention as well.
An oldie but goodie, and as a Kindergarten teacher, a very encouraging read. In these strange days of humans demonstrating the weirdest of behaviors, it is nice to read something so simple that it is beyond wise. There was a time that this poem was everywhere. Perhaps it is time to revisit it. This book goes beyond the famous poem, with vignettes that can reach every age and every status level. A bunch of simple stories that teach wisely, it is hard to put down. As an oldster, I hope that this type of wisdom is still sought. I hope that these truths are not just lost.
certified Cute™️ book! 3.5 stars. It’s been on my mom’s bookshelf for years and I’ve always wanted to read it. Meanders a bit more than I thought it would; it started off strong on the kindergarten lessons to take through life, but wanders off into just random trains of thought by the end. Still enjoyed it though! I love getting a look into people’s brains, so this was interesting
