The Best of The Best

So many fabulous ideas... So little time. This great book is filled with amazing ideas and instructions for working with polymer. The added bonus is the series of short bios of some of the pioneer and leaders of this art form. AMAZING!

Too wordy

It was nice to read about polymer clay artists around the world but only 2-4 pictures of pieces per artist. I would have liked to see many more examples.

I have not historically been impressed with PMC. I associate it with tacky, cheap junk, or as something to give to children to play with when they are bored. This book showed me that that doesn't have to be the case--some people are actually doing incredibly amazing things with PMC. And some people are still doing boring crap, but this book legitimately convinced me to stop thinking of PMC as a craft material specifically for children, and instead think of it as a professional level material that is very accessible.

Not only did I enjoy reading through all of the great info and projects in this book, I loved looking at the large number of amazing pictures!

Good pictures

I particularly liked one passage in an author's bio. She travels well! Like my dog and cats? Not much detail on tunes.
