This is an excellent introduction to the ways in which Israel and India, as well as the Zionist and Hindutva diaspora, have united over various shared interests. There is quite a lot that is revealing here, including the rather long history--in spite of India's role in the Non-Aligned Movement--of India purchasing weapons from Israel as far back as the 1962 war with China and of India accepting Mossad's "intelligence-gathering" support. It took me at least ten yeas to find a copy of this book; it is a shame that it is out of print and it is a shame that it is so brief. There really are not enough books exploring the history and expanding linkages between Israel and India, which need to be probed further. I'm hoping for a sequel to this one.
