It's an interesting read, and I don't doubt that the author has helped many people by helping them find the real cause(s) of their issues. However, I do feel that anything complex would be best tackled with someone trained in the techniques. (There is a website where details of trained therapists can be found). That doesn't mean I won't be trying some of the exercises in the book, though. I'm very interested in the mind/body link.
