Auditing and Improving Business Performance

This book contains several control processes, eight (8) audit questionnaires with 100 questions and five (5) checklists of business performance measures. The objective of this book is to provide any business owner, company director, senior manager, auditor, other stakeholder, etc., with a useful set of practical tools to assist and support them in their business performance management system audit and implementation, using the Balanced Scorecard or any other business performance model (EFQM, Six Sigma, etc.). These control processes, checklists and performance measures take into consideration a proposed general business model of five dimensions: C1P4 Model (C one, four Ps): 1. ‘C1’ for customers, 2. ‘P1’ for people, 3. ‘P2’ for property, 4. ‘P3’ for production and 5. ‘P4’ for performance, with the audit questionnaires targeted at the performance dimension only.
Also a scoring scheme is proposed to enable and support you reach a conclusion about business performance on the basis of each answer and reply of each audit questionnaire.
