This book had a clinical analysis of anxiety and depression that affect women in all aspects of their lives, along with a 20-step program of eliminating anxiety's hold on situations that women face each and every day. The 20-step program is influenced by cognitive behavioral therapy and relies on journaling to breakdown the anxiety and explore ways to overcome. There were many decent points made, but unfortunately, this book did not resonate with me.
