Reading Exercises for Solfège

A music textbook designed to transition the music theory or ear training student from alphabet notation to the more internationally used solfège notation. Initially written for use at The Juilliard School, this text is designed to allow the student to instantly recognize solfège notation in both fixed-do and moveable-do solfège. Exercises are presented in treble, bass, grand staff, and all the "do" clefs. Sections on the history of solfège and tonic solfa are included.
