I enjoyed this book -- it was very different then the Moon series - being first published in 1995. Good plot, good tension between leading characters, I did guess who the "bad guy" was about 1/3 of the way through the story, but I was surprised by the character that was the accomplice.
I did think that detective Hamilton was a weak character that could have had more development or been more involved in the story line.
Overall - a good book
