Chuck Bergman started his second career after retiring from his first career as a Salem, MA police officer. His second career is that of a psychic medium ala James Van Praag. This book is a very concisely written account of his life and many of his readings. It was an easy read but for those of us interested in this topic and it gives another good look into what could be all of our futures. I especially liked the information about pets that have returned to let their owners know that they are waiting for them on the other side. I know that my dead cats are still in my house and not in a hoarder house kind of way. I know they are here because I can feel them, and just because I was taking Vicadin at the time didn't mean they weren't really there!

He is positively gifted. I read The Psychic Cop and found the experiences that people had were warm, meaningful, and comforting.

More stories are out there. Chuck is a kind person who deeply cares for others and delivers evidence of a loving afterlife.

Interesting stories of communicating with the dead, but it wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be about him using his psychic abilities to help with his work as a cop, but it's about him building his abilities and giving people readings, to communicate with loved ones who have passed on. It was good, although the writing was not the best.
