Andrew Abraham gives a very informative and broad overview of Trend Following. He talks about the habits of successful trading. He is not giving a procedure to follow but provides a glimpse of his overall approach to trading. He keeps repeating the many pitfalls of traders. According to him until we have internalized the principles of trading, we will keep making the mistakes. Some ideas are repeated over and over again and that is the only thing to be disliked about this book.

Interesting ideas and good examples but far too repetitive.

What I really like about the book is, that the downside of trend following is explained. Other authors focus too much on the positive side, that is definitely not the case here.
