still reading, but it is so thought provoking and easy to read. Simple changes is a book that really is what it says, Simple changes you can make for a healthier happier life. read and enjoy, I dare you.

Now that I have finished reading, I have found that many of the chapters are extremely helpful in learning how to change your life for the better.
There may be some chapters that might not appeal to everyone, but I think that there is more good than bad. I would recommend this book as a starting reference to good health and vitality.
