You can't just "buy" agile—and you can't delegate it either.
If you want to transform your organisation, you need to understand four basic concepts:
- Empirical process control,
- Lean principle,
- Pull systems, and
- Incremental delivery of value.
Implementing these concepts in practice is hard work, yet the authors include some useful tips and tools.
I liked the practical tone of the book, from authors who have clearly experienced what they're talking about.
