This book is more of a journal and daily ritual book rather than a clear cut read. I think if followed, this book can assist in self development, religion (Christianity) and imagination/creativity. The author was a little opinionated but overall I think this book would be beneficial to anyone that wants to challenge themselves in a new light.

These Seven Hermetic Letters lay out a practical system of consciousness development that served as later inspiration for Franz Bardon's Initiation Into Hermetics. Georg Lomer provides a different perspective for the student and varying consciousness development exercises.

'Fun' read! As for me it would be hard to abstain from meat and sex! The rest is good info for strengthening your wisdom.
