Loved this book. It is definitely dated about a college football player and his professor who were falling in love in New Mexico amongst steroids, money laundering, murder, drugs and mayhem. I had to buy it used and wait for it to get here but it was worth it. Oh and throw in a marriage of convencience and an arrest record and you have a plot worthy to read again and again.

added: I just reread Naksed review and it is all true. It's cheesy. LOL Why did I order it then? I don't know and I loved it. I think I may have been imbibing or sitting in the sun too long.

This author identifies as a Christian author. The material in the book does not reflect Christian themes. There is some language and some detailed sex. In all fairness, this was one of her earlier books. Maybe she started writing Christian themes later. These remarks are not intended to be a reflection on the author, only a warning to those that choose not to read not-so-clean material. With all that being said, this is an entertaining story, full of suspense.
