About the author

I’m Bart Cassidy—an author, businessman, and retired NYPD police officer. During my time with the NYPD, I spent several years working undercover and investigating brutal homicides, always driven by a deep commitment to seeking justice for victims and their families. I had the unique opportunity to work on several high-profile cases as part of a secret unit known only to a select few high-ranking officials. One particular case has stayed with me for a long time, and it’s that story that finally inspired me to write a book. My debut novel, Twice an Assassin, is based on real events, though I’ve changed the names and some details to protect both the innocent and the guilty.

Great read, didn't want to put it down!

To protect and to serve! Not only on the job, but in his personal life too. Trying to protect those close to him also. Also fighting for justice for those deserving it. Great love story too!
