Jacob Andrews is a student of Architecture. He is passionate to the point of obsession but only in this one pursuit, believing all else is secondary and better pushed aside. But Jacob's life turns upside down when Daniel, a mysterious acquaintance, piques Jacob's interest with a single statement: "I help people." Seeking to learn more about Daniel, Jacob joins with the man on his projects, becoming more involved than he would like to be. Along the journey Daniel sets him upon, aspects of life Jacob thought to be inconsequential become significant and beliefs he once held as truths are reconsidered.
