It took me three years to write this book, after many interviews and stories; I tried to give everyone outside of Dallas, Texas a feel of how we live. So I put together a timeline of what I know of what went down in The Oaks. I lived in there off and on between 2002 and 2009, with relatives and on my own, I still to this day have ties to people who still ran in and out of The Oaks.. they go by a another name name now but over the years so many uneventful things happen and I want to share what our part of the world went thru. I hope you like it....

OMG so far this Nita girl got alot going on for a woman with three kids but I like her. She trying to make it as a single mother. This is truly a page turner. Everytime I tell myself this is the last page something always happens so I can't put it down!

Really I'm not into these types of book but I was literally suck in. So far so good. I'm on the part wher that little boy is selling drugs out his granny's backyard. That little dude is gangster.

One of the best books I read in a while. Don't judge a book by it's cover. From page one to the end it was jam packed with drama that kept me turning the pages. Hands down a good read.
