As an adult, reading this is paper thin. The tension is there but the build-up doesn’t seem to be; time passes when it wants to and characters “grow”?

But we aren’t here to be adults!

This is a great book for introducing fans to the Turtles, or for younger fans to get hyped for the first movie. It’s great; you can lose yourself in it, aided heavily by copious amounts of movie stills and wonderful pages of character info-sheets. Maybe it’s embarrassing if you’re “adult” but by gum it’s FUN nonetheless!
