The Jesus Code: Unlocking the secret meaning of his teachings

Rate this book
A religious and spiritual earthquakeThe teachings of Jesus have been utterly misunderstood for 2,000 years.
This has had devastating consequences for millions of individuals and entire countries – consider all wars of religion.
Jesus himself explicitly said that he was talking to the masses IN
And he [Jesus] said to them [his disciples], “To you has been given the secret of the kingdom of God, but for those outside everything is in parables, so that they may indeed see but not perceive, and may indeed hear but not understand...” (Mark 4:11-12).
For century after century, priests and popes, agnostics and atheists, and countless billions of Christians have failed to crack this code and so they have not perceived and not understood.
“True believers” have prayed and preached, persecuted and perished because they believed in things different to what Jesus actually taught... because he spoke in code.
Now the Jesus Code has been broken. You will come to

The meaning of each and every one of Jesus’s (coded) parables. Parables that one scholar described as "abstruse and enigmatic parables that are nearly impossible to understand". Not anymore.

The meaning of The Beatitudes ("Blessed are the...") and why it is the single most important teaching of all time. (Yes, even for agnostics and atheists.)

The real meaning of the Lord's Prayer. This prayer has been repeated trillions of times but all those billions of people faithfully repeating it never understood what this prayer was actually about.

The meaning of the four key unique expressions used by Jesus: The kingdom of God, The Holy Spirit, Baptism by the Holy Spirit, Son of Man.

Prepare to be shocked by how little you understood of the teachings of Jesus.
Prepare to learn and understand the single most important teaching of all time.
Prepare for a revelation...

'The Jesus Code: Unlocking the Secret Meaning of His Teachings' by Ren Lexander is an extrapolation of the teachings of Jesus as they pertain to the Kingdom of God (or the Kingdom of Heaven) and the Holy Spirit, and how these teachings can impact the meaning of life. The extrapolation uses scriptures from the Bible and unorthodox gnostic texts, as well as the teachings of the Upanishads and other mystics, to contend that Jesus was indeed a mystic and that his teachings irrevocably represent the mystic path to the inner transformation of the soul. The revelations made in this book do not jostle readers but rather invite them to a thought-provoking evaluation of the accuracy and validity of the author's observations on the meaning behind Jesus' teachings. This book is the first of 'The Meaning of Life' series by the same author.

Some significant points stand out as strengths from this book. One is that the author's use of analogy and examples is flawless, and a reader can quickly understand the meaning behind the analogy. For instance, the analogy of the Wi-Fi signal and the supercomputer aptly described his thoughts on the Holy Spirit. Though the author's observation on the teachings of Jesus significantly diverges from mainstream Christian doctrine, the observations are coherent and capable of holding their own in an argument on their validity. The author's language is friendly, with humor and a call to use one's thinking faculties to drive his points through.

Overall, 'The Jesus Code' is a well-thought-out work that questions many mainstream Christian beliefs on the teachings of the Kingdom of God, the Holy Spirit, and even the Divinity of Jesus. The arguments placed are coherent and can hold should their validity be questioned.

I recommend this book to open-minded Christians who wish to explore the meaning of God's Kingdom, individuals open to exploring contemporary extrapolations into Jesus' teachings, and mystics who want to know more about Jesus' teachings.

The Jesus Code by Ren Lexander is like a quest to unfold and understand the historical Jesus and his teachings. In this book, you'll realize why Jesus was primarily an ordinary man and a spiritual teacher. And how his actions and inner work made him divine.
You will be given the opportunity to understand the meaning of "the kingdom of God," "the Holy Spirit," "baptism by the Holy Spirit," and "the Son of Man."

I recommend this book to anyone open to new ideas and willing to explore alternative perspectives on Jesus and his teachings.
The book's questioning nature might be unsettling for some readers, particularly those with strong religious convictions.
