Casey and her friends in the Military Brats Club have a "big" problem -- their Flat Daddies and Flat Mama are shrinking! For Casey, whose dad is in the Army, it all started at a baseball game when a kid on a bike stole Flat Daddy Wheeler, uniform and all. Tommy Jones left his Navy Flat Daddy on the tread mill when he went to school, only to find him reduced in size and in the refrigerator when he came home. Marcella Gonzalez's Air Force Flat Mama was fine when Marcella went to the grocery store with her grandmother, but when Marcella got back, she found a much tinier Flat Mama on the porch, now dressed in a bathing suit. Poor Monty McSorley got a note to go to the ice cream shop if he wanted to see his Marine Flat Daddy again. Not only was Flat Daddy McSorley out of uniform, he was a miniature version of himself! What's going on? With the help of Mr. Henry, a retired detective, the kids get to work, trying to solve the mystery. A trip to a magic show might be the solution to the shrinking problem. Can the Amazing Alikazam help the Military Brats? The kids have to summon up their courage if they want to find out!
