My absolute favorite collection of stories to read as a child. Still one of my favorites today. Greatly under appreciated book.

Hands down my favourite childhood book, filled with witty and clever stories. Loved the little detail of hiding a rubber duck in each story for the readers to find.

It's been years, but I've still not been able to find the ducks in the stories 'The Wind and the Sun' and 'The Three Wishes'. If anyone could tell me where, or if it's an error on the publisher's part, please let me know! (It's killing me inside.)

I think this is my favourite book from childhood, and after yet another re-read - it's still the best
