A good short primer on why we need Erp or evolution of erp, however a little old and not contemporary. Who work on erp or use it already know why they need it and for those who don't need it why would they bother. Looking back now may it's time for someone to read this and write why GenAI or may be it's late too !

I liked that the authors tried to make the material more easily digestible by writing a story rather than a traditional textbook. However, their story-telling was rather poor and I finished the book with less understanding of ERP than I was hoping.
