Haven't read this one "straight through", but I've read enough of it (off and on) to get a decent sense of it. It reads like someone's memoirs as they explore Git; and for that, it's valuable. But that also makes it hard to find what you're looking for sometimes. (And by that I mean that individual chapters and section headings have ... "narrative" titles, and not necessarily descriptive titles. How was I to know that "Shh... we're in a library!" was where I'd find information about submodules? And/but it was a pretty good break-down of the submodule use-case.)
