What a journey this book is!! So many DEEP thought provoking prompts and GORGEOUS pages!! I couldn’t help but want to play along. Also- a great book for inner child work. WOW!
In my opinion the psychological concepts in this book were not adequately explained. There was a lot of repetition of definitions of terms and explanations of ideas related to archetypes, energies, etc. but these did not help to clarify or solidify those concepts. Also, I think the instructions, directions, and examples for the various exercises could have been better. I got the book because I read the summary and wanted to do the exercises but after reading through the book I did not feel inspired to follow through.
So much to unpack here, this is the most beautiful workbook ive run across, and it was on a free site! I plan to revisit it many times, its a lovely resource.
