My name is Natalie. I published my first book, Aftermath in August 2021. I've been lucky enough to find my own insta-love-at-first-sight person. We have a daughter who drives us crazy and a corgi who adds to the chaos. I love hockey (Chicago Blackhawks), MotoGP (Motorcycle Racing), and baseball (Chicago Cubs). When I'm not writing, you can find me studying or crafting. Or crafting when I should be studying.
I am giving this 3.5 stars! Spice? I’d give it 1.5 This was my first book by Natalie and I wasn’t disappointed at all! Natalie’s writing is easy to understand and follow. I enjoy how Natalie does her chapters with a pov but switches povs in the middle of that chapter. I will also warn that it does do several time jumps due to her being in a word count.
This story follows Elodie & Aiden. This is definitely an insta love and unfortunately due to word count much of the romance was left out and happens very quickly. Elodie has a past relationship that has traumatized her and she wants to do nothing more than escape it and protect her son most of all.
Aiden is a Motor champion. He started at a young age, which I wish we would’ve gotten more information during the races and saw them play out more. Aiden’s family is also in the mafia, again would’ve loved a deeper dive into that. But I do love how Natalie included his family and touched on as much as she could with the word count she was given.
I would say from Chapter 14 to the Epilogue it picked up for me and I couldn’t put it down and Natalie had me gasping and that epilogue….. had me shook!!! I need answers!!!

I loved this book! I loved knowing all of the side characters from the author’s other books! This was a sweet romance book where the new guy shows the girl not all men are awful!
I liked the premise of this story. I’m not a fan of the writing. It felt like two different people wrote it. Some parts seemed like they were written by a teenager.
Single mom meets motoGP champion who just so happens to be tied to the mafia(?). Very to the point. Time jumps. Not much filler.
Extra star given for the authors stance against AI she wrote into the beginning of the book.
Racing Back to Love by Natalie Arthur is a good, and enjoyable sweet motorcycle racing insta love romance read. The story has a great entertaining world building story line. Elodie was on the run from her abusive husband when she met motorcycle racer, Aiden. One look and Aiden knows Elodie is his forever. When an accident causes memory loss their relationship is on the line. Sweet, emotional story with amazing chemistry, true love, a kind, protective hero and a wonderful HEA.

Very fast paced, soulmates Aiden and Elodie overcome various challenges in their path to happily ever after. Instalove with a protective golden retriever MMC and an FMC who escapes an abusive situation to find her dream
MMC/FMC- Aiden and Élodie POV- 1st person dual Genre- Contemporary Romance Sub Genre- Sports Romance (Motocross) Guest Starring- The Mafia Heat- 🌋. They very rarely do the thing, and it’s almost like the zexytime was added in as an afterthought. Safety: Y. No s. violence or cheating. Cliffhanger? N HEA? Y and multiple births tun in the family to the point of being ridiculous. Triggers- Domestic violence, violence, language, erotic content. Tropes- Instalove, Instafamily, Abused Heroine On The Run, Adorable Moppet, Amnesia. What I thought- I found this book to be excruciatingly boring. First off, we are told about things, not shown them in many places. A lot of the romance was skipped over and the author fast forwarded three years. Courtship in a novel is as much for the reader as for the characters: we have to become invested in the couple, and there wasn’t a strong enough Instalove or chemistry to be able to skip the romance. I’d have noped out of this book if I hadn’t made the commitment to review it. By the time he lost his memory, nothing interesting had happened and I lost interest.

This was a great story. I couldn't put it down. I couldn't wait to see what happened between Élodie and Aiden. Élodie left her abusive husband to protect her son and her. She is able to find a bartending job at a hotel where she meets Aiden. Aiden is a motorcycle racer and when he sees Élodie, he knows that his life is going to change for the better. They fall in love and get married. What happens when life throws challenges to their love?

You'll go on a roller coaster of emotions with this read, and be rooting for Eloide and Aiden from their first meeting. There is mention of domestic violence, mental and physical abuse, cheating (not the main characters). The story has mafia connections, and is strong on moto hp (hence the title). Good, short read with little sprinkles of steam throughout.

This touching story had me all caught up in Eloide and Aiden's drama. Racing is his life and when he had the accident, he lost that along with memories of the girl he loves. Will he get back the memories of the woman he loves and will their path land them along the road to happiness.
