Glennis Stuart Liles, Jesse's youngest sister, assisted by Betty Stuart Baird, spent more than two years compiling this beautiful hardcover book, which was subsequently edited for publication by C.D. Charles of the Jesse Stuart Foundation. Although the WHollow Cookbook is primarily concerned with "good, plain cooking," it also incorporates memories, photographs, and quotations from the Stuart family and from Stuart's works.
