Today technologists need expert witness skills. With a copyright of 2003 this book is dated, however it still contains plenty of valuable information for the person testifying as an expert witness. It covers various case studies, the judicial process, understanding the importance of body language and composure, and covers many other issues with exceptional depth. It’s logically organized and very well researched.
