Keeps your interest. The Mike Force was a real thing.

Another great entry in this series. Gerber and Fetterman are asked to go.to a special forces base near the Cambodia border. There is a lot of enemy build up there and the higher ups want a honest assessment on whether the base should stay or be closed down. Of course the two get caught up in a massive attack on the base.
Highly recommended, a fast paced read with some good character work mixed in. Was realistic in the way the fire bases worked and how much trouble weather can cause when it grounds all air cover including transport.

Another good read in this series. The stories are consistently enjoyable.
