David and I wrote this book for managers wanting evidence-based strategies for managing employee turnover and for students who want to learn more about what managers and HR can do to improve employee retention efforts.

The book debuted in October of 2012 and we've been selling around 100 copies, or so, per month.

Thank you for your support.

A great book that I found expanding my knowledge for a lean six sigma project. Concise and to the point with research to back up claims.
