Not so useful for research methodology

Very useful (but also very heavy) - 4*
I really appreciated the sections on case studies because I haven't found much books about those yet and the section in the book was enough to meet my needs.
It is a real shame that it did not criticise the different methods for data collection. It only tells you how to do it, which is a disappointment.
