He was born in 1955 in San Felipe, Venezuela. He studied physical education and has worked for many years in this field as an instructor and co-author of manuals of physical education. He has published a couple of poems, and in his spare time, he enjoys painting and playing folk music.

Nació en 1955 en San Felipe, Venezuela. Estudió educación física y ha trabajado durante muchos años en este campo como instructor y coautor de manuales de educación física. Ha publicado un par de poemas y, en su tiempo libre, le gusta pintar y tocar música folklórica.
