This is a fantastic read! Filled with the daily struggles of directors and band jocks alike, the author puts a real life spin on topics in a way that leaves music lovers AND the general public grabbing their midsection and reaching for tissues from laughter! Definite must read for anyone looking for a good dose of humor!

Pretty good band director humor, plus some great best practices in the back of the book.
