I really surprised by these seven points in communication, They are simple but when you understand their importance in effective communication and better relationship with others, you try to use them in your life. I recommend this short book for who wants to take one step further in their communication skills in works with their colleagues or in every day's life with their partners.
Also, the last part contains important points about having a better and happier life considering effective communication which raises your awareness about your lifestyle.

TLDR: Take what you like, leave what you don't. Helpful tricks in places, weirdness in others.

Some of the suggestions feel really passive aggressive to execute but overall it's a very quick read with a few points for thinking on and I think it's worth taking a shot at.

There are some parts that state some pretty weird numbers as fact and I'm not going to fact check it as I decided to move in the premise of gentler is better and that's the goal of the point being made so, it's probably fine?
