Intro To Euro Union Law

Rate this book
This work presents both the traditional ingredients of a general text on Community law, and a number of additional features. In the traditional section, equal prominence is given to the institutional law and the substantive law. The former contains an extensive examination of both the budgetary and the legislative procedures. The latter contains a chapter devoted to the Common Customs Tariff, which has attracted increasing interest from scholars in the wake of the new Community Customs Code, adopted in 1993. An additional feature is the four-language glossary of Community law terms. Another, which should be of particular interest to undergraduates who wish to embark upon a career specializing in EU law, is a chapter devoted to specific guidance in this area.
