Reminder that Invader Zim comics exist. This one’s about the Poop-brand Cola from the show and how Gir is hoarding it. Of course, Dib thinks it’s for nefarious purposes. Lot of one-note replace-every-other-noun-with-💩 jokes. Some Interesting colorful to monochromatic characters and paneling to the art style. Seems more like a version of June and Vasquez, his work than actually his, besides the eyes and expressions. Very generic cartoony, bordering on ugly but the coloring does save it. I love the first scene Where we see zoom and he says he’s tapping bees together—humans wouldn’t understand. His vernacular always makes me smile: “skinstuffs,” “human meat pile,” I’m very confused with what the purple hair girl is wearing—is that a scarf or tentacle with sodas hanging from her neck?
