I wasn’t sure abt this when I started it—I was full on in Nikulin mode. But taking that theoretical space as a starting point, this book is an excellent survey of talk in educational research. It really provided a concrete, practical framework for me to think through interventions for change management, and bring further awareness to collaborative conversations in which I participate
