Conspiracy meets sci-fi weapons. A simple lecture on financial research and super computers sets off a world-wide hunt for a stolen nuclear bomb and a plot to overthrow the US government.. A wealthy businessman sends a security company and other mentions to grab Indira Patal whose research will ruin his planned upheaval of global markets. Homeland Security thwarts every investigation by the Treasury department, NSA and ATF--the "good" guys.
Interesting, if convoluted, storyline with some surprising twists. The author says the weapons described are real. Writing is stilted.
Amidst all of the violence Ali, Indira, Greg and Rosa seem to spend much attention on food.
