'The Dharma of Capitalism' lays out a business decision-making process built on the premise that doing the right thing is more than a noble idea or a compliance issue - it's both practical and profitable.
The concept is very vague and the structure of the book is not helping to understand the concept better. Not everyone aware the concept of dharma and its importance in life. Instead of explaining the concept of the dharma first, the book is full of rhetoric of the advantage of the application of the dharma. The application of the concept in real life is hard to believe as it is fails to consider other circumstances that might have an influence.
Elaborated nicely on the framework of the gunas and why decisions in the mode of goodness are crucial and essential for the long run improvement and growth of firms and people. Would highly recommend everyone to read it!!
