Keith Morrow has worked in teaching and management roles in both the university and private sector of ELT in the UK. He now works as a consultant and trainer with a focus on curriculum and materials development, and language testing and assessment.
He has published widely in these areas. His most recent publication is "Insights from the Common European Framework" (Oxford University Press 2004).
He was the editor of ‘ELT Journal’ for 17 years, stepping down at the end of 2012, and is an inspector for the British Council managed ‘Accreditation UK’, which is a quality assurance scheme covering UK private language schools, as well as state colleges and universities.
He is at present working closely with the Ministries of Education in Austria and Luxembourg on projects to develop new curricula and assessment procedures, and has worked on projects in Turkey with the University of Economics in Izmir, and with Oxford University Press.
