This is his first book of poetry. Poet Madeline DeFrees says about Chris' "The poet's gift for metaphor and language is so remarkable that there is no 'problem with the truth' in the identities he sees all around him." An award-winning writer and teacher, he explores the struggle, joy, and doubt of contemporary spirituality through personal story & literary collage.
