ලේඛකයෙකු,නාට්‍ය රචකයෙකු,නාට්‍ය නිෂ්පාදකයෙකු චිත්‍රපට දෙබස් රචකයෙකු,නළුවෙකු,දේශපාලඥයෙකු මෙන්ම වෘත්තීය සමිති නායකයෙකු ලෙසද ඉමහත් කීර්තියට පත් විය.
නිදහසෙන් පසු දශක තුනක් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ දේශපාලන කරලියේ කැපී පෙනෙන පුද්ගලයෙකු වූ හෙතෙම අසූව දශකයේ මැද භාගයේ දේශපාලන ලෝකයෙන් විශ්‍රාම ගත්තේය. ඉන් කලකට පසු එනම් 1992 මැයි මස 21 වැනිදා සදහටම දෑස පියා ගත් ඉලංගරත්නයන් ජීවිත කාලයටම කළ එක් දෙයක් විය. ඒ ලිවීමයි.

You should read අඹ යාළුවෝ before reading this. How fascinating when we read this before doing grade 5 scholarship and ended up liking it.
