I envy people who can come up with short, sweet, and relevant bios. Actually, I would prefer something short, straightforward, funny, self-deprecating, and self-supporting to say in my bio but it never quite works out that way.

I consider myself to be level headed but I am sure I have delusional moments that allude me.

I have two children who were born at once. The world refers to the phenomena as Twin birth, I refer to it as a dirty trick. My doctor told me that humans weren't meant to have litters and I have to say I agree. Probably my most satisfying accomplishment is that I raised them and myself, and managed to keep us all alive through the process (and relatively normal and prosperous to boot). After struggling through parenthood myself I can see why so many people get it wrong. Personally I think we should have to take a series of tests and get a permit to have a child: you can apply for it while you are getting the permit to fence your yard, or build out your basement.

I attended catholic girl’s school my whole school career.....need I say more. I am college educated, 8 years, but could always do more – I love it.

I currently write and/or read regularly. I first published Authentication Guides for designer purses, then a guide to opening a consignment store, then most recently my first novel (An Eye for an Eye). I also own an upscale consignment boutique. I have worked in the legal field in some capacity for most of my life – yayayaya boring.

I currently live in Atlanta. I was born in Iowa, raised in New Orleans, over-tanned in Florida, and rocked the grunge/granola scene in Seattle. I visit Colorado and California as often as I can as they are some of my favorite places.

Finally, I am as complicated as an uncomplicated person can be, and I want to be your friend until I don’t.

Oh yeah, the dogs thought I should mention that I am an animal lover.
