Finally, a book that shows students how to use highlighters to close-read. I wish the book itself went into more detail, but the extensive appendices made up for it. Can't wait to use this strategy with my students!

This book explicitly explains the strategy is easy, user friendly terms. I will be using this more this coming school year to really help my struggling readers.
