The first book of daily readings for all kids guides young people through a whole year of positive thinking and practical lifeskills.

Each reading addresses an issue important to adolescents and teens—making choices and making friends, laughter and learning, feelings and families. Though it is for Young readers, but I found it practically useful for 'children' of all ages! It is extremely useful for people going through mid-life crisis. It helps you begin again.

My grandma recommended it to me...
Pretty good, uplifting, and had some good quotes in it. It boosts your self confidence, and helps you with everyday problems.
