Just reading relevant sections to my own experience...For the most part, it's pretty good.
11/27/11 - I just decided to remove this from my "currently reading" list...I believe I read the parts I needed to read...and if not, I have it in hard copy to use as a life-long reference (and I write this with no anxiety attached).

This book offered ways of how to treat our anxiety and OCD by a few methods such as medicines, meditations and theraphies. Its like refence book and has worksheets to be used as well.
