The best primer on introductory gymnastics
As a former coach and judge, this is the best primer on gymnastics I've seen in a long time. I'd highly recommend it as a gift for any young child just starting out in gymnastics. It will also help the parents of new gymnasts to absorb the terminology their children will be learning and talking about. It's full of great advice from some of today's top gymnastic athletes too.
