“The Brave Little Tailor” is a fairytale that describes the events of the main character and outsmarting a giant. After he killed seven flies with one hit, he thought it would be a good idea to see the world instead of spending his day in his tailor shop. He met a giant on his adventure and he tried to outsmart him every time. The problem was that the giant didn’t believe him he had killed seven flies with one hit. The giant came up with various challenges in which the tailor had to prove his strength. The tailor would do every task without difficulty and made the giant very angry until one day he decided to get rid of the tailor. He didn’t accomplish his goal because the tailor outsmarted him one more time. This fairytale is interesting because of all of the ways the tailor manages to drive the giant crazy. The moral of the story is that courage and brains are important in life because with them we get out of difficult situations.

I was not a fan of this book. I wasn't captured by the story nor by the illustrations. I don't think that the story is very captivating or funny. It is mildly entertaining how the Brave Little Tailor cons himself through the giants, the king and completes all the tasks by chance. I think that children may find this book funny but I'm not sure I would ever read it to them in the classroom setting.

a different version than the Disney one. very cute although in many ways you wonder about the guile of the tailor. kids will enjoy this, alright it is a little wordy.

The book contains a good old story not particularly well told. I did like that it retold the story at the end in the form of a play script so that children could act it out.
